If you are contacting us regarding a warranty claim, we require the following information:
- Proof of purchase from zenithsinks.ca or Zenith Sinks Authorized Retailer
- Original purchaser’s name, address (including city, province and postal code), email address and phone number
- Zenith model number (e.g. ZS3218)
- Date of installation
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the defect (please attach to form)
